Please note: This portal provides access to exams completed at a Desert Radiology outpatient imaging center only. If your exam was performed at a hospital partner sites, please contact that hospital directly to request your records.

CD Requests for patients are provided at no charge. Records will be mailed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Click the button below to initiate a request.

In-Person Pick-up
Images on CD are available for pick-up by request only. To request an in person CD pick-up, contact our Medical Records team at 702-759-8750, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM. Please note 24 hour notice is required for CD processing.
Need to upload prior images to DR?
Patients and providers can easily and securely upload prior images directly to Desert Radiology from any storage device, such as a CD, DVD or USB flash drive using the Nuance PowerShare Easy Uploader Tool. The tool is convenient and HIPAA compliant. We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox to upload images. Click the button below to begin.
