Team raises over $2K in support and ranked No. 9 for fundraising efforts
(LAS VEGAS, NV) September 14, 2019 - Our DR Do-Gooders team of dedicated employee and family member volunteers joined together to participate in the St. Jude Walk at Town Square on Saturday, September 14th.
The team raised more than $2,000 in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission to find cures and prevention for pediatric diseases such as childhood cancer.
The contributions made by Desert Radiology ranked them nine out of 157 teams. In total, more than $180,000 was raised by an estimated 1,800 participants at this year’s walk which took place at Town Square Las Vegas on Sept. 14. Desert Radiology's Do-Gooders, a team that has been a driving force in partnering with many non-profit organizations throughout the valley, strives to emphasize the importance of community involvement through philanthropic contributions and support.
