Medical Records
Patients are encouraged to access and share images through the Patient Portal whenever possible.
Important Update (Effective July 1, 2026)
CDs are only available for pickup at the Medical Records Office: 3930 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89119
🚫 CDs are not available for pickup at any Desert Radiology imaging center location.
Request a CD for Pick-Up
- At the time of your exam, inform a front desk team member during your visit. Your request will be submitted for processing
- Following your appointment call 702-759-8750 to request a CD pick-up. Our team is available M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Please allow 24 hours for processing before pick-up.

Request a CD by Mail
- At the time of your exam inform a front desk team member during your visit. Your request will be submitted for processing.
- Following your appointment call 702-759-8750 to request a CD by mail. Our team is available M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
Upload Prior Images
Patients and healthcare providers can securely upload prior imaging studies to Desert Radiology using the Nuance PowerShare Easy Uploader.
Upload images from a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive for secure sharing with our radiologists for comparison and review

Accepted Insurance
Desert Radiology accepts most insurance plans serving the patients of Southern Nevada.

Billing Information
Billing questions?
You can contact our billing department at 702-623-7568 or via email ptcollections@radpartners.com for assistance. A representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
Pay your bill online.
For your convenience, you may make payments through our online payment system. Please have your account number handy.
Time of Service Payment Policy
All co-pays, co-insurance, deductible payments and outstanding balances are due prior to services rendered. If you are unable to make payment at the time of service, your exam will need to be rescheduled.
Self-pay options
We offer discounts for self-pay or non-covered services. Please contact our Patient Care Center at 702-759-8600 to learn more about available self-pay options.
Due date of payments
Payment for services is due within 30 days of the first statement. If payment is not received, or a payment plan has not been formally established, the account may be referred to one of our Third Party Collection Agencies.
Hospital billing questions for imaging services?
When you’re in the hospital and receive imaging services such as an MRI, CT or X-ray, your images will be interpreted by a physician highly trained in radiological diagnostics. Desert Radiology performs these services for several local area hospitals Southern Nevada. So, you will receive a bill from the hospital for the technical component of your exam and a separate bill under Desert Radiology Solutions for the radiologist to read and interpret your images.
Insurance information that you provide to the hospital will be used to file claims for processing. To determine your coverage for hospital based imaging, please contact your insurance directly.
No Surprises Act (NSA): Your Rights and Protections Against Surprise Medical Bills
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
