Desert Radiology offers online appointment scheduling for CT, MRI, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, Mammograms (screening only) and Ultrasound.
When your provider sends an imaging order to Desert Radiology, you will receive an automated text or email with a link to schedule your appointment online. If you already have a patient portal account, click here to log in and begin scheduling.
To schedule all other exams, please call our Scheduling Team at 702-759-8600, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please be advised, we do not offer appointment scheduling in person at our imaging centers.
X-ray exams are available on a walk-in basis only — no appointment required. Click here to view X-ray hours by imaging center.
All diagnostic imaging exams performed at Desert Radiology require a referral or imaging order from your provider. For X-ray exams, please bring a copy of your imaging order with you at the time of your visit.

Appointment Reminders & Pre-Registration
To make your visit easier, Desert Radiology sends text and email reminders that include pre-registration links to help you prepare for your appointment. Please review these messages carefully for important details such as your appointment date, arrival time, and exam preparation instructions.
Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our Scheduling Team at 702-759-8600.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling, so we can offer that time to another patient.

To expedite check-in, please complete your pre-registration before your appointment.
On the day of your visit, bring your photo ID and insurance card, and pay close attention to your scheduled arrival time.
All co-pays, co-insurance, deductible payments, and outstanding balances are due prior to services being rendered.
If payment cannot be made at the time of service, your exam may need to be rescheduled.
Language assistance services
Language assistance services are available, free of charge, for most languages spoken. To ask for assistance, please contact scheduling at 702-759-8600 and we can coordinate phone interpretation for scheduling your exam.
