Dr. Hoque completed his undergraduate studies in 2009 at Stony Brook University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering. In 2013, he received his Medical Degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine in Stony Brook, New York.
In 2014, Dr. Hoque fulfilled a one-year transitional internship at New York Hospital Queens. Subsequently, he completed his diagnostic radiology residency in 2018 at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he served as Chief Resident from 2017 to 2018. Dr. Hoque continued his medical career at the University of North Carolina, concluding a Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship in 2019.
Dr. Hoque has been presented the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award, recognizing outstanding residents and fellows in radiologic research. Additionally, in 2016, Dr. Hoque was a recipient of the RSNA Travel Award, presented to the top-rated 400 scientific abstracts from clinical trainees. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Hoque has contributed to various scholarly publications, academic textbooks and participated in numerous clinical research studies.
Dr. Hoque joined Desert Radiology in 2019.
