New Contract with Mesa View Regional Hospital

DESERT RADIOLOGISTS ENTERS INTO CONTRACT WITH MESA VIEW REGIONAL HOSPITAL

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – Desert Radiologists, Nevada’s largest and most trusted medical imaging company today announced that it will begin providing radiology coverage for Mesa View Regional Hospital in Mesquite, Nevada.

Under the terms of the agreement, Desert Radiologists will begin providing services on September 15, 2006. Dr. Steven Topham has been named Medical Director for radiology services at the hospital. Desert Radiologists will provide both interpretation of diagnostic images and interventional radiology support.

Mesa View Regional Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that is part of the Triad Hospitals system. The hospital opened its doors on July 13, 2004 and provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient hospital services including radiology.

Mesa View Regional Hospital CEO, Sue Conley, had this to say about the new agreement, “We were looking for a partner that had previous hospital experience with radiologists trained in various specialties and a group with the ability to provide 24-hour coverage to our facility. We also needed fast turn around times for final reports for radiology procedures.
